- Utility bills not later than 90 days.
- Duly completed signature account opening form
- Small businesses are to submit certificate of registration of business name and form 2.
- Limited liability companies should submit certificate of incorporation, form CO7, and memorandum & article of association (MEMAT).
- Constitution, partnership deed, trust deed etc to be submitted for other types of accounts.
