  • Small businesses are to submit certificate of registration of business name and form 2.
  • Limited liability companies should submit certificate of incorporation, form CO7, and memorandum & article of association (MEMAT).
  • Constitution, partnership deed, trust deed etc to be submitted for other types of accounts.
